At Zordyne, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy sets out everything you need to know about how we handle, dispatch, and deliver orders to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
By placing an order on zordyne.com, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Where We Ship
We currently deliver to the following regions:
- United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
- Ireland — Republic of Ireland
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses not listed above. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a separate dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch
- Ireland: 10 to 20 business days from dispatch
These timeframes are estimates only and run from the date of dispatch — not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@zordyne.com.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders shipped within the United Kingdom and Ireland may be subject to applicable taxes and import charges imposed by the relevant authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Zordyne has no control over customs delays or additional charges
- Refusal to pay any applicable duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed — we cannot issue refunds in such cases
- We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order
8. Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Carrier disruptions or high-volume periods
- Severe weather or natural events
- Public holidays in the country of origin or destination
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
Zordyne is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please get in touch at support@zordyne.com.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your order. Zordyne is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:
- Incorrect address details
- Missing apartment, unit, or floor numbers
- Errors made during checkout
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
10. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or shows no tracking updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@zordyne.com. If your package is confirmed as lost, you may choose:
- A free replacement dispatched at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
11. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zordyne.com with your order number, clear photos or videos of the damage, and a brief description. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
