1. Overview
At Zordyne, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions, timeframes, and process for returns and refunds for orders delivered within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
By placing an order on zordyne.com, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
As required by UK and Irish consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification. This is your legal cooling-off period.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention to cancel within those 14 days by contacting us at support@zordyne.com. You then have a further 14 days from the date of notification to return the item to us.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions below, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
3. Our Extended Returns Window
In addition to your statutory rights, Zordyne offers an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This gives you additional time beyond the legal minimum to request a return if you change your mind.
4. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in new, unused, and unworn condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be free from stains, odours, or customer-caused damage
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@zordyne.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return request
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return form along with step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation from our team.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind Returns
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility as the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Zordyne will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label upon approval.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving the return
- We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zordyne.com with your order number and photos of the issue. You may choose a free replacement or a full refund.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. After dispatch, the order must follow the standard return process once delivered.
10. Your Consumer Rights
United Kingdom
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
Ireland
Customers in Ireland are protected under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
