1. Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your desired product, choose your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and select your payment method. Once complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at support@zordyne.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Email us immediately at support@zordyne.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return after receiving the item.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once dispatched, a second email will follow with your tracking number.


2. Shipping

How long does delivery take to the UK and Ireland?

After order processing (1–3 business days), estimated delivery times are 7 to 14 business days for the UK and 10 to 20 business days for Ireland from the dispatch date. Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier conditions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. For tracking issues, contact us at support@zordyne.com.

Do you deliver outside the UK and Ireland?

We currently deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom and Ireland. We are working on expanding our delivery areas in the future.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your shipment has not arrived after 10 business days with no tracking updates, please contact us. We will investigate directly with the carrier and offer you either a free replacement or a full refund.


3. Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

Send an email to support@zordyne.com with your full name, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and send you all necessary instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Zordyne covers the full return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. The actual credit may vary slightly depending on your bank.

What if I simply don't like the product?

No problem. You can return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in unworn condition with original packaging. We won't ask unnecessary questions.


4. Your Statutory Right to Cancel

What is the statutory right to cancel?

As a consumer in the UK or Ireland, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. This is a legally guaranteed right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How do I exercise my right to cancel?

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing support@zordyne.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Full details can be found in our Refund Policy.


5. Products

How do I find my correct size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking your measurements before purchasing. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us — we are happy to help you find the right size.

Are the product images accurate?

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen settings. For questions about a specific product, please get in touch.


6. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as additional payment options displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through certified payment providers.

What currency will I be charged in?

All prices and payments are in British Pounds (GBP) for UK customers and Euros (EUR) for Irish customers.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted connections and certified payment providers. We do not store full card details.
